About

Reporting and controls: the common thread through 25 years of enterprise programs.

I'm a PMO professional in Melbourne. My background is program governance, reporting and delivery assurance on large enterprise programs, built over 25+ years in telecommunications, postal, aerospace, banking and IT transformation.

The common thread is reporting and controls: making sure the people making decisions have an accurate view of scope, schedule, cost and risk. That means governance frameworks, audit-ready RAID logs, forecasting and financial control, backed by a deep test management background. My CISA, CGEIT and CRISC credentials sit alongside PMP, SAFe and PSM for exactly that reason.

Before founding CoopBite, I spent a decade and a half across Capgemini and Accenture leading PMO, test and delivery for clients like Australia Post. Today I also apply AI process automation (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to the reporting and tracking work that used to eat a PMO's week.

Outside work I put the same discipline into my community: founding WYNBUS and Buy Local, co-founding Kulture Hive, and serving as Treasurer of the Point Cook Action Group.
